Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Methods

We offer a variety of secure payment methods to make your checkout experience smooth and flexible. Currently, we accept:

Payment Processing & Authorization

  • All payments are processed through a secure, PCI-compliant payment gateway.

  • Your card will be authorized (i.e. a hold placed) at the time of checkout. The actual charge will occur once your order is confirmed and prepared for shipment.

  • In rare cases, we may request additional verification to prevent fraud (for example, verifying identity or billing address).

Currency & Conversion

  • Prices displayed on the site are in British Pounds (GBP) (if that is your store’s base currency).

  • If your bank or card issuer uses a different currency, conversion fees or foreign transaction fees may apply—these are charged by your bank, not us.

Payment Failures

If your payment cannot be completed (e.g. due to insufficient funds, card expiry, or bank rejection), your order will not be processed. You will receive a notification to:

  • Reattempt the payment

  • Use a different card or payment method

If payment is not successfully resolved within 48 hours, your order may be cancelled automatically.

Order Confirmation

Once payment is successful:

  1. You will receive an order confirmation email with order details.

  2. We will begin processing your order for shipping.

If there is any issue with payment after confirmation (e.g. chargeback, suspicion of fraud), we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amounts already collected.

Refunds & Chargebacks

  • Refunds will only be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy.

  • In the case of a refund, we will credit the amount back to the original payment method used (where possible).

  • If the original payment method is unavailable (e.g. card closed), we may offer an alternative refund method (e.g. store credit).

  • Excessive chargebacks or fraud claims by the customer may result in suspension of ordering privileges or cancellation of future orders.

Taxes & Duties

  • Prices do not always include customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.

  • For international orders, you (the customer) are responsible for paying any relevant import fees or taxes imposed by your country.

  • We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

Changes to Payment Policy

We reserve the right to update or change this Payment Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our site, and your continued use of our services (i.e., placing orders) constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
