We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please read our returns and refund policy below.

30-Day Satisfaction Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

How Returns Work

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved returns are eligible for store credit (in the form of a gift card) or a discount code toward your next purchase.

Refunds

  • In certain cases, at our discretion, a partial refund may be issued.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct product exchanges.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info.lissima@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll make it right with either a store credit or replacement at our discretion.
