30-Day Satisfaction Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
How Returns Work

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved returns are eligible for store credit (in the form of a gift card) or a discount code toward your next purchase.
Refunds

In certain cases, at our discretion, a partial refund may be issued.

Refunds (if approved) will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct product exchanges.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info.lissima@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll make it right with either a store credit or replacement at our discretion.
